WHAT IS NEGATIVE SELF-TALK–THE NATIVE TONGUE OF YOUR INNER CRITIC?

We all have that little voice in our head that tells us we’re not good enough, smart enough, or successful enough. That voice is called negative self-talk. Negative self-talk can take many forms. It might be as simple as telling yourself you’re not good at math, or it might be more serious, like convincing yourself you’re not worthy of love or happiness. No matter how it manifests, negative self-talk can be a significant barrier to achieving our goals. It can lead to feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem, and it can make it difficult to pursue our dreams.



Through my self-development program, I teach you how to recognize and acknowledge your critical inner voice so that you can develop self-compassion, embrace self-worthiness, and achieve self-actualization to expand into the version of yourself you desire to be.

The self-centered is a program aiming to provide personal guidance and support throughout the psychospiritual adventure of self-discovery. Starting with the first stage of removing negative identification using self-compassion, to recognize who you are not; followed by the process of learning who you truly are- connecting to your real worthiness, and eventually bringing every individual to the awareness of why they are, which allows for the ultimate goal of self-actualization.
